"A wonderful day in Lahemaa National Park"
The tour through Lahemaa National Park was definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Estonia. The trip was perfectly organized, varied, and our guide told us a lot about the history, culture, and nature of Estonia. Would gladly do it again!

We had a great Day out, visiting waterfalls national park, lunch was amazing at the fishing village, then onto a beautifully maintained manor and then the best till last the Bog
All along the way our guide informed us of the history and culture of the area in so much detail, she definitely has a passion for this place and her roll as an ambassador. Had a great day

We had an excellent tour of Tallinn with Mariel. She was super informative and energetic and we loved seeing more of Tallinn than just the old town. She also was able to engage my teenage children for the whole tour which is not always easy to do. I highly recommend this tour and Mariel!

The highlight was the bog walk, but the other stops were lovely as well. Mariel is a friendly and knowledgeable guide who led the tour in a very natural and relaxed way, perfectly in tune with the beautiful surroundings.

Our tour was small (3 people) which made it very personal and a great experience. Mariel was a great guide and a wonderful driver, and I think we learned a lot about Estonia and the cultural history and differences between Estonia and Latvia during the trip. I would definitely recommend travelling from Tallinn to Riga this way for people who have the time, as I think the small towns in the countryside are a great place to get away from the city and are usually easily missed.

It was a really unique and individual tour we got trough the Lahemaa park and all the stops we made. I appreaciated all the stories from a local and we had a lot of space to ask and get interesting answers (about the park, the locations, the history, the current culture, the daily life, the nature, the food, the politics and much more). And we had very beautiful autumn weather - I love the smell in the woods and the bog. This made my Tallinn-Trip much richer, a step outside the city and greater perspective.

I had a wonderful afternoon food tour with Mariel. I was totally full at the end. I had not previously had any of these local foods before. It was fun just to walk around the market and stop in shops I never would have done otherwise. And the area of Tallinn that we were walking was also interesting. Mariel was very accommodating to me, as I was moving slowly due to an accident. And
a plus is to learn about her life in Tallinn.

Such a good decision to take this tour. We learned so much. Our guide was very friendly, open and patient. She was very knowledgeable about the biology and culture and answered all our questions. She even told us quite a few fun facts from Estonian culture. Also, the places were really cool, especially the Viru bog and the hike at the Altja coast line and fishing village. 100% recommended!

I joined the Lahemaa National Park tour when I was traveling to Estonia. I love the nature of Estonia. Our tour guide is also very knowledgeable and provides us a lot of information.

Mariel was friendly and informative. She led us through the old town to the markets and beyond. She fully explained each of the foods we tried. And there was plenty (we actually shared our tastes and there was still left overs for us to take home). We finished back in the old town for dessert. Before she left us she gave us an exhaustive list of places to see and places to eat.

"Pleasant discovery tour of Tallinn"
Mariel kept me busy for almost 5 hours, showing me the highlights of Tallinn Old Town during the walking tour, then we drove to Kadriorg where we enjoyed a nice tea and to Pirita. For her first tour, I think she did pretty well and I really enjoyed learning about Estonian history, culture and more generally life in Estonia. Such a beautiful country that I would love to further discover. Thank you Mariel!
"Talin food tour"
Mariel was very warm, pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating tour guide. We had amazing experience with her during our food tour day. We were large group and it was not easy to please us :) But she did an amazing job!
